Update On Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 5.1.1 Says The New iPad Will Be Supported!
Exciting news has come on Twitter today, as pod2g has announced that among the devices that will support the new untethered jailbreak that’s coming soon for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad, the newest iPad (3rd generation) will also be supported! Owners of the new retina-packed iPad have been waiting to unleash the device’s true potential since the day it was released, and the time is quickly approaching where their wish will be granted.
Stay tuned in the coming weeks for more updates on jailbreaking iOS devices. Everything will always be filed within the “jailbreak” tab in the menu above!
OK just added iPad3,3 support to Absinthe thanks to @flawlessfox. Only remains iPad2,4 now but we need the actual device.
