How To Jailbreak iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad on iOS 4.3.3 Untethered Easily
The Dev Team has confirmed that the existing jailbreak exploit will work for a nice untethered jailbreak experience. As such, the tools have been tweaked slightly, and updated to support iOS 4.3.3. This is great news for anybody who updated, and would like to jailbreak their iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. The guide below, will show you how to do this easily. For this tutorial, we’ll be using a tool known as “redsn0w” to get an untethered jailbreak. Be sure that if you need an unlock for your device, you read the “Before you begin” section, as this contains vital information for you.
BEFORE YOU BEGIN:
It’s important to note that if you need an Unlock for your iPhone, that you DO NOT FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW exactly. You will need to make sure you preserve your baseband so that you can use Ultrasn0w to Unlock later. You can use the links included with the preserve baseband tutorial to download those files.
If you do not need an unlock, and you are happy with the carrier your iPhone was meant for, have fun jailbreaking using the steps below! :D

HERE ARE THE STEPS
Follow these steps to get your iPhone up and running Jailbroken on iOS 4.3.3. with Redsn0w!
Step 1: Download iOS 4.3.3 for your version of iOS device.
Step 2: Restore to iOS 4.3.3 firmware using the IPSW file you just downloaded. On Windows, HOLD SHIFT and click Restore, on Mac HOLD OPTION.
Step 3: Start Redsn0w 0.9.6rc15 [MAC] [WINDOWS] and point it to the stock (not custom) iOS 4.3.3 firmware file that you downloaded in step 1.
Step 4: Now select “Install Cydia” and click “Next”. There are other options available too if you know what you’re doing, and want them.
Step 5: Now make sure your device is both OFF and PLUGGED IN to the computer before you click “Next”.
You will now be presented with a screen where you will be asked to place the device into DFU Mode. It will guide you through the following process:
Quickly hold POWER and the HOME button. Now after few seconds release “Power” button but keep holding “Home” button until installation begins. If you did this successfully, the screen on your iPhone will be black still, as if it is off. The redsn0w software will take it from there.
Step 6: Sit back and enjoy while Redsn0w does the rest for you. Once done, your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch will restart automatically and you will find it fully jailbroken (untethered) on the latest iOS 4.3.3 firmware.
