E3 2012: EA Games Introduces Madden 2013 With Infinity Engine and Connected Careers
Madden has been one of those franchises that one either loves or hates. This division has grown wider over the last couple installments due to the fact that EA has had no competition from other companies because they purchased the exclusive rights to the NFL. Madden has been played with legacy issue that have left a mark on the franchise since the beginning, many believe that because of the exclusive licence EA owns, they have no incentive to fix these issue.
Whether or not you are a fan of the Madden franchise it is the only NFL game for the time being. Madden promises to fix these issues by tweaking gameplay providing many new mechanics. Some of the new features are as follows
- Brand new “Infinity Engine”.
- Realistic physics taking into account the players size, speed, direction.
- Brand new “Connected Careers” mode that will give progression elements and social interactions into your different leagues. You also have the ability to do team management from a PC, tablet or smartphone.
Madden 2013 will be released on August 28th, 2012 for the Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, and Vita
